1. No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Replacement Eligibility

We provide replacement only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Product is defective or spoiled
• Incorrect item delivered

3. Return/Replacement Timeframe

• Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

4. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear images showing the issue

Requests without valid proof will not be considered.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Taste preference or personal dislike
• Improper storage after delivery
• Opened or partially consumed products without valid issue proof

6. Replacement Process

• Once approved, replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days
• The replacement product will be delivered at no additional cost
